Forest Management Services & Equipments
Celebrating 30 Years in Business

Rooted in Maine. Growing with our Neighbors.

Celebrating 30 years of professional forestry and arborist services from Bar Harbor to Camden.

Our Story

A crew built on Maine soil, and Maine values.

Fox Forestry began in May 1996 with a single truck, a chainsaw, and a promise: to do the kind of tree work our neighbors would recommend to their neighbors. Thirty years later, the fleet has grown and our services have expanded to include international consulting and advanced shoreline management, but the core promise remains unchanged. Today, our certified arborists and licensed foresters care for private woodlots, viewshed corridors, and coastal bluffs across Maine's coastal and island communities.

Why Landowners Trust Us

Nearly three decades of measurable forestry experience

I founded fox forestry in May 1996 after graduating from Paul Smith’s College where I studied technical forestry. Since then, Fox Forestry has thrived with its strong connection to Maine’s woodlot owners. We have proudly served clients with our multiple services and expertise in forestry for over thirty years– this is a milestone that reflects our commitment to quality stewardship, forestry driven expertise, and providing trusted service to Maine.

Our reputation is built on strong relationships, proven results, and a commitment to helping Maine landowners protect and maximize the value of their forests.
"Fox Forestry thinned out our shoreline buffer trees perfectly. Now we have an unobstructed view of the bay without compromising the soil integrity or breaking Shoreland Zoning codes. Highly professional!"
